Our recommendation is to consume your pastries the same day they are delivered. However, you can refrigerate or freeze your pastries, before you are ready to enjoy remove from the fridge and let them sit room temperature. Add a few hours of defrost time for frozen pastries. Savory items can be heated at 350 F in air fryer or oven. Do not use microwave or pastries will get soggy.
